I've always enjoyed photography and have owned a camera of some sort for as long as I can remember. I've had SLR's and compacts and had a darkroom at one time. My enthusiasm was rekindled with the advent of digital and ten years ago I bought a Nikon DSLR and became interested in landscape photography, some of which appears on this website.

More recently I’ve turned towards street photography as well as street portraiture both of which are a good fit with my interest in travel. Consequently, I have changed my Nikon equipment for Olympus Micro Four Thirds and use OM-D and Pen F cameras which have the benefit of portability and high quality. Like many street photographers I’ve been tempted back into in 35mm film photography and am currently experimenting with that. I'm having my films developed and scanned by a film lab but who knows, perhaps I'll soon be back in the darkroom.
